Introduction

IQVIA HCP/O Engagement Management (Engage) enables planning, management, contracting, and payment of Healthcare Professionals and Organizations (HCP/Os) globally. Engage is built on Salesforce platform and distributed as a managed package.

This configuration guide describes system configuration options and procedures for administrators of the application. It is comprehensive meaning that it includes all features built into the application, not just the new features for the current release.

General Configuration section of this guide has important information for initial configuration, user setup, page and flow management guidance, as well as sample configurations. It is necessary to review and follow this section before moving forward. The rest of the document is organized by feature.
