Introduction

The OCE Salesforce.com (SFDC) application is the cloud component of a managed package designed to improve the performance and productivity of HLS sales representatives. This guide describes system configuration options and procedures for administrators of the application.

Note:

If not specified otherwise, the settings described in this guide apply to both the mobile and web versions of the application.

Mobile application works only on iPad devices with min iOS version 17.

By default, during login on Mobile user can select Production or Sandbox options in the list of connections. If the device region is set to China, additionally can be selected Alibaba Production and Alibaba Sandbox options. Alibaba Production and Alibaba Sandbox options will be unavailable if the OnlyShowAuthorizedHosts setting for MDM users is set to True.
