Account Team

App Type: Widget

Supported Devices: iPad, iPhone, Web, Android Tablet, and Android Phone

Connection Mode: Online only. An internet connection is required.

The Account Team app provides a list of colleagues assigned to the account based on territory alignment. If email and phone number links are available, you can contact a colleague and collaborate on your activities for true orchestration. It may be available on the Account Profile screen.

You can:

  • Use Search to find a Team Member by name or territory.

  • Use Sort by to select a field or column to sort the data. Use the Arrow to change the sort order.

  • Use Filter to filter based on Name, Territory Name, Phone, and Account Access Level.

  • Select Info to display details of a Team Member record.
